"I was looking for new insurance. Anna called me to follow up on the inquiry I sent out. I was supposed to get back to her to start the process of switching, but then work got in the way, and I was swamped until recently. She kept an eye on my rates and called me again last week to let me know in case I was still interested. I said yes, and she helped me get set up with a new policy right away. Everything went smoothly, and I had new insurance within 10 minutes. She told me Cameron would follow up with me a week later, which was today. He was just as helpful and made sure to answer extra questions that I forgot to ask Anna. He was thorough and had great customer service. I'm impressed with both Anna and Cameron and how helpful and customer oriented they were."
